  • The vehicle is our sole and absolute unencumbered property and is free from any Bill of Sale, Hire Purchase Agreement, lien, charge or other adverse interest whatsoever, and no person or corporation has any rights, titles or interest therein and we have good right and title to sell the same.
  • The vehicle has never been used as a Taxi or Hire Car.
  • The figure set out in the column marked 'Odometer' is the distance or hours recorded on the instrument or device installed for recording distance or house.
  • The aboveformentioned vendor does/does not believe the recorded odometer reading to be true.
  • In the interpretation of this document the singular shall include the plural and any statement or warranty by or obligation upon more than one person shall bind them jointly and severally.
